Rha Woong-Bae
Rha Woong-Bae is the Chairman of the Hanbit Forum. He was also the former Finance and Economy Minister and deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea under President Kim Dae-Jung.[1][2] He served as Trade and Industry Minister in the 1980s.[3]
He holds an PhD (1968) from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
